An agave bar right in the heart of Downtown Phoenix! Mezcal, tequila, bacanora, and other heritage agave spirits are the stars here, as well as the men and women who produce these beautiful spirits. So if you’d like to learn about the fascinating world of agave, this is your place. We are located behind XICO Inc., a gallery and studio that focuses on Latinx and Indigenous art/artists. Everything in the bar comes from Mexico – tile, glassware, art, furniture, fixtures … everything. Discover agave spirits though creative flights. And enjoy the occasional taco truck parked on the patio. Upstairs: The Cantina at BARCOA – a, casual, approachable neighborhood bar serving all the classics. Downstairs: The main bar is a basement lounge with a 40-page menu of spirits, craft cocktails, and flights. Reservations are suggested.
