OUR STORY – The birth of Cocktail Lab + Sonoran Spirit Tea
Hi, Ray here with Cocktail Lab Az. I am a hospitality lifer with an extensive knowledge of all things FOH. I take great pride in service, education and a darn good drink. I specialize in creative ways to train staff, implement systems and improve your bottom line.
When I was a bartender I knew that I wanted to create memories and share cocktails in a big way. I worked really hard on learning, licensing and producing. I carefully crafted my hard tea, brewing ingredients from close to home. We use distilled spirits, a blend of black and hibiscus tea, with a touch of citrus and organic agave for the perfect Sonoran Spirit Tea!
My career has taken me from Arizona to the San Francisco Bay Area and back again. I’m now married to my bff, a mom of two and doing what I love. Cocktail Lab was founded to create & share cocktail experience via educational seminars, group activities, cocktail catering and craft drink mixers. That really bought me time to launch our hard tea. Ray Ray’s Sonoran Spirit Tea became a family affair and my passion. Ray Ray’s was even named by Dad. Our family deliver kegs, cleans lines and hand carves our tap handles. As demand grows so does the need to share our spirited tea with more folks. Now we blend our special ingredients, mix in our extensive hospitality background & passion for creating memorable experiences, to bring you one refreshing and delicious concoction.
