By checking this box, you certify, under penalty of perjury, that you meet the criteria for ownership or association as defined in this section.

It is of utmost importance that you do not check this box if you do not meet the criteria for ownership or association as outlined in this section. Providing false information or claiming affiliation with a business without proper authorization may lead to legal consequences and the removal of your access to Hometown Hawk.

Associates:

If you are an associate, you must have explicit permission from the business owner to manage the business listing within Hometown Hawk. By checking the box, you acknowledge that you have obtained this authorization and are acting on behalf of the business owner.

Disputes:
