Terms Of Use for Hometown Hawk LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Hometown Hawk websites (hometownhawk.com, hometownhawk.shop, and hometownhawk.social) (the “Sites”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Sites.

2. Use of the Sites
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Sites.
User Accounts: If you create an account on the Sites, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Vendor Conduct (hometownhawk.shop): Vendors on hometownhawk.shop agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to their business operations, including product safety, pricing, and advertising. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings and for fulfilling orders placed through the marketplace.
Social Network Conduct (hometownhawk.social): Users of hometownhawk.social agree to abide by community guidelines and refrain from posting inappropriate or offensive content.

3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Sites, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Hometown Hawk LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4. User Content
You are responsible for any content you post or submit to the Sites (“User Content”). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to your User Content. You grant Hometown Hawk LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your User Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Sites.

THE SITES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HOMETOWN HAWK LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOMETOWN HAWK LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITES.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Hometown Hawk LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Sites or your breach of these Terms.

Account Termination/Deletion

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by going to your account settings and clicking “Delete Account” or by contacting us at support@hometownhawk.com. Upon termination, your access to the Sites and certain content may be immediately revoked.

Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account or access to all or any part of the Sites, with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, your violation of these Terms, suspected illegal activity, or prolonged inactivity.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your account, all data associated with your account may be deleted, or we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements. You will no longer have access to your account or any content associated with it. Any outstanding obligations you have to Hometown Hawk LLC will survive termination.

Account Inactivity: We reserve the right to terminate accounts that have been inactive for a significant period of time, as determined by us in our sole discretion. We will make reasonable attempts to notify you before terminating your account due to inactivity.
